Is there a free trial?

TradePilot is launching Spring 2026. Join the waitlist now to lock in founding member pricing — Starter at $29/mo and Pro at $59/mo — before all 100 spots are taken.

Do you charge per user?

No per-user fees on Starter. Pro includes 1 user with the option to add up to 2 additional seats at $20/mo (founder) or $30/mo (regular) each. Maximum 3 users on Pro. Need more? Contact us about Enterprise.

Is there a contract?

No. Pay month-to-month and cancel anytime from your account. We don't lock contractors into long-term contracts — if TradePilot isn't working for you, you're free to leave.

Do I need an iPhone Pro for FieldScan?

Yes — FieldScan uses Apple's LiDAR sensor, which is only available on iPhone Pro and iPad Pro models. If you have a non-Pro iPhone, you can still use TradePilot to build estimates, manage customers, send invoices, and run your business — you just won't have access to the FieldScan LiDAR scanning feature.
